"Living with Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, I sometimes find it very difficult to regulate and manage my emotions. I use journaling as a way to express, explore and manage my emotions in a healthy and structured way. It was journaling on my Facebook page at the beginning of the Covid 19 pandemic outbreak that inspired me to create #MeMyselfMyMentalHealth- My Mental Health Diaries, which has since grown into a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for people with mental health issues and their families to openly express themselves and access support and help them to maintain their mental well-being."
